Important Information

  • Use outdoors only as directed by the manufacturer. Obtain the owner’s instructions and verify ventilation, combustible clearances, overhead clearance, and approved supporting surfaces before placement.
  • The original copy mentions balconies and decks, but does not establish approval for either. Confirm site suitability, building restrictions, and manufacturer requirements before using on a balcony, deck, or under any cover.
  • The listing identifies a 30-inch size but does not provide full dimensions, burner measurements, or a verified product weight. Obtain exact specifications before planning access, placement, or handling.
  • A standard propane tank is mentioned in the source, but cylinder size, tank inclusion, tank location, and hose/regulator inclusion are not specified. Confirm these before purchase. Natural gas compatibility or conversion is not established.
  • The ignition system is described without an exact type, battery requirements, or lighting procedure. Follow manufacturer gas-connection, leak-check, ignition, shutdown, and maintenance instructions; no instant or guaranteed ignition is promised.
  • Fully assembled does not mean ready to light without preparation. Install the included lava rocks only in the approved quantity and arrangement and complete all required fuel and safety checks.
  • Weather-resistant marketing does not establish immunity to corrosion, fading, or damage. Follow material-care and storage instructions. Cover inclusion is not established in the supplied description.
  • Use the table surface only as permitted by the manufacturer when the flame is off and the unit has cooled completely. A burner lid is not listed as included, and table-use wording does not establish cooking suitability.
  • The 40,000 BTU rating does not establish a guaranteed heating area, year-round comfort, or performance in every wind condition. Observe manufacturer operating limits and keep people and combustible items clear of flames and hot surfaces.
  • The original listing advertises free USA shipping, dispatch within 1–3 business days, and delivery in 5–10 business days. Confirm current destination eligibility, delivery arrangements, access, and timing.
